Engagements

AngkolTech provides IT engineering, managed services and software products. Each engagement is defined by a written proposal or agreement that sets out scope, timeline and fees. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

Ownership

Custom code, configuration and documentation we create for you become your property upon full payment. Our own products, platforms and pre existing tools remain ours, and you receive the right to use them for as long as your subscription is active.

Subscriptions

Subscription products, including Digital Identity, the Zero-Trust AI Databank and A.I.R. backup plans, are billed in advance for each monthly or annual period at the published or quoted price. Setup fees, where they apply, are stated in your proposal.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and the access we need to do the work.
• Only share data that you have the right to share with us.
• Use our services lawfully, and not to harm others or their systems.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information and data confidential and use it only to deliver the services you engage us for.

Limitation of liability

We work carefully and to professional standards, but no system is free of risk. Liability for each engagement is limited as set out in your service agreement, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
