Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Your documents are stored in an index that belongs to your deployment and are used only to answer your team's questions. The models we use do not train on your data, and we do not share it.
Can the assistant make things up?
It is instructed to answer only from your approved sources and to say when the answer is not in them. Every answer shows its sources so your team can check it. Before launch, we test it against real questions from your team.
What sources can it use?
PDF, Word and Excel files, web pages, knowledge bases, exported drives, and databases or business systems through their APIs. We help you decide what should and should not be included.
Who can see what?
Access is tied to sign in. You decide which teams can query which document collections, and you can remove access at any time.
Can it run entirely on our own infrastructure?
Yes. Private Deployment runs inside your cloud account or data center using open models, including fully offline setups for sensitive environments.
Who owns the system?
Your data, prompts and configuration are always yours and can be exported at any time. Private Deployment includes a full handover of code, infrastructure definitions and documentation.
Should our staff connect work email to a personal AI agent?
Personal AI agents can read your email, messages and screen, and act for you by sending email, booking and paying. They are built for one person's errands, under consumer terms. Those terms often let the vendor train on your data by default, make you responsible for anything the agent does, and keep data after you disconnect. For company and client information, use a private assistant with your own sign in, access by team, and no training on your data. Then set a clear policy on which personal AI tools may touch work accounts.
